 High Plains Village is located in Loveland, Colorado near the junction of I-25 and Hwy 34. High Plains Village is home to 300+ families who have found the northern Colorado lifestyle to be just their style. It's a little quieter and it's a place to feel closely connected to nature and to your neighbor.

Loveland is an artist's mecca and, every summer, host to the largest outdoor sculpture show in North America. In addition to the arts, Loveland offers an abundance of outdoor recreation. Rocky Mountain National Park is a 45 minute drive west and offers breath-taking views and miles of hiking trails. There are plenty of back roads and mountain bike trails abound for avid cyclists.
High Plains Village is located within the greater master-planned community of Centerra at I-25 and US 34. The Loveland/Ft Collins area has been named by a number of national sources as one of the top places in the U.S. to live and work. In addition to the Outlets at Loveland, Target, Pier 1, and PetSmart, there is a wide diversity of fast food and family restaurants. Mimi's Café will be opening the spring of 2005. The Shops at Centerra lifestyle center (completed Fall, 2005) has Barnes&Noble, Metro-Lux, Foley's, PFChang's, and Dick's Sporting Goods, just to name a few. The regional Medical Center of the Rockies is being built at I-25 and hwy 34. It will be opening in 2006 and will be designated as a Level II trauma center.
High Plains Village is a unique community. As a resident you are invited to all of social and community-building events and activities available. In addition to several neighborhood parks, there is also 4-Paws Park where your dog can run unleashed.
High Plains Village has 8 miles of trails and walkways and it's a 15 minute walk, or less, to shopping. It's a 5 minute walk to the park.
